		<description>&lt;p&gt;Note, apparently you can&#039;t apply &lt;code&gt; AllowEncodedSlashes On&lt;/code&gt; to all your virtual hosts by putting it in your server-wide section-- I had to put it in the &lt;code&gt;&lt;VirtualHost&gt;&lt;/code&gt; section.&lt;/p&gt;
